I am looking at two options: one would involve attending a top program and the other would involve attending an average program. However, the debt for the better program would be around 70k (out of state tuition + personal loans), while the other program would cost more like 12k. In the end, if a person has his CPA license do employers care that much where he got his degree? Is it likely that the extra debt will end up being worth it?

I am interested in auditing and management, and I would like to work for a mid-cap accouting firm or in a corporate setting. I also plan on obtaining an MBA within the next four years.
